Credit & Transfer Policy
 

Prior to 72 hours before an event, pre-paid event fees may be transferred to another RLI on the schedule, as requested by the participant.     

 
After 72 hours before an event, there are no refunds or credits for pre-paid event fees.
 
A waiver from this policy may be requested in writing by a participant detailing the facts supporting the waiver request. The waiver may be granted in cases of extreme illness or unavoidable hardship as determined by the RLI staff. After approval of the waiver, and full payment pre-registration and attendance at the next reasonably available RLI on the schedule, a $45.00 refund will be processed to the Rotarian based on the fixed costs and overhead associated with an RLI, primarily food and space guarantees. All requests for credits or waivers must be addressed to the RLI Registrar at MADbuhs66@aol.com
