Pam Wall is Developer of The Ocean Club Luxury Family Resort and Executive Conference Center , Broker-in-Charge of First Commercial Properties in Indian Beach , NC , and Owner-Operator of The OC Spa.  

Pam was raised in Atlanta , Georgia , received her undergraduate degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg , NC and was a Lyndhurst Fellow at UNC-Chapel Hill obtaining her MA in Applied Teaching in 1988. She was a science and mathematics teacher in the NC Public Schools before obtaining her Real Estate Broker’s license in 1992. As a developer, she has led several very successful projects including residential subdivisions, commercial shopping centers, condominiums and resort properties.

Pam is on the Zone 33 RLI Board and serves as Faculty Trainer for the Institute. In 2008-09 she is coordinator of GETS (Governor Spouse) Training for Zones 33-34. A Rotarian since 2000, Pam served as 7730 District First Lady in 2001-02, supporting her husband, Bevin’s, initiatives. She attended the 3280 District Conference in support of GSE in Bangladesh, and assisted with doubling the district’s giving to The Rotary Foundation. Pam led the Zone Institute Choir in 2003. She and her husband are Paul Harris Fellows, Sustaining Members, Benefactors and Major Donors of The Rotary Foundation. They also have 3 children, Megan, McKenzie & Madison.             

Pam loves to travel and play bridge. She loves to sing and was a member of the world traveled Carteret Chorale for 18 years.
