Lester P. Schoene, Jr. is a Consultant in Conflict Resolution and owner of Resolutions Unlimited, a sole proprietorship, in which most of his clients are divorcing parents.  He is also an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Advisor in the ADR Cadre of FEMA where he provides workplace dispute resolution services in Disaster Field offices of FEMA. Lester earned an AB from Harvard College and a MS from George Mason University.

Lester has been District GSE Chair from 2004 to 2008 and is Assistant Governor (2008-09) for District 7610, and he is Administration Director for the Annandale Club.

Lester joined the Annandale Club in 1996 and has over ten years of perfect attendance. He was Club President in 2003-04, was GSE Team Leader in 2001, and is the recipient of the Four Avenues of Service Certificate in 2006.  He is a Paul Harris Fellow and Sustaining Member.

Lester is active in support of the GMU Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution where he has been a member of the Advisory Board since 1997.  He is also a 1997 alumnus of Leadership Fairfax.
