David E. “Dave” Moreman
is a Veterinarian, founder and President of Warren County
Veterinary Clinic and Cedarville Veterinary Clinic.
A Texan, he is a graduate of Texas A&M with BS,
DVM & MS degrees, later teaching there & at Walter
Reed Army Institute of Research.
In Rotary, Dave has served the past two years as Zone Institute Door
Prize Chair and Assistant House of Friendship Chair. In District 7570, he serves as Vice Chair of Youth Exchange,
Chair of Foundation Annual Giving, on a member of Finance
and Strategic Planning Committees.
A
member of the Rotary Club of Front Royal, Virginia, Dave
is a Past President, Past Assistant Governor, and served
as District Governor, 2004-05.
He and his wife Evie are members of the Paul Harris
Society, Benefactors, and Major Donors to The Rotary
Foundation.
They established a relationship with Rotarians in
Costa Rica, District 4240, in 1995, and have each year
since then visited humanitarian projects there jointly
funded by Clubs in our Districts.
He was Team Leader for GSE to District 9970 in New
Zealand.
Dave
has been quite involved in his community – serving as
Vestryman and Warden of Calvary Episcopal Church,
President or Chair of Warren County Planning Commission,
Samuels Public Library, Lord Fairfax Community College,
Wayside Foundation for the Arts.
He and Evie have a Daughter Jennifer, and her
husband Kevin, a Rotarian.
They enjoy tennis and travel.
