Horace has been a member of the Falls Church Rotary Club since 1997. He served in several capacities in his home Club, as Board Member, Foundation Chair, Director, Vice President, President Elect and as Club President in 2000-2001. He served as District Public Relations Chairman 2001-2003, and District Conference Chair 2003-2004. He is serving as Assistant Governor for Area 10 comprising the following clubs: Vienna , Fairfax , Tyson’s Corner, Dunn Loring, and McLean during the period January 2004 to July 2006.  Horace and his wife are Paul Harris Fellows, and he is a Benefactor. He is also a member of the Paul Harris Society for District 7610. 

Horace was born in Kingston , Jamaica where he was educated at the University of Technology and the University of the West Indies .  He holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Management from Polytechnic University , New York .  The founder and President/CEO of HGM Management and Technologies, Inc., Horace is a professional trainer and management consultant to industry.  He is a member of Leadership Greater Washington, DC and is very active in the community.  He leads several events for the DC Chamber of Commerce.  He is a Moravian and is President of the Church Council at Faith Moravian Church of the Nation’s Capitol. 

He is married to Carlota, who is also a Rotarian, and they have one daughter, Trudy.  In his spare time, Horace enjoys golfing and reading.
