Randolph H. (“Randy”) Lickey is a partner in the law firm of Williams Mullen, a 250+ attorney law firm with offices throughout the State of Virginia, Washington, D.C. and London, England, which provides comprehensive legal services to regional, national and international business clients.  Randy serves as chair of the firm’s Corporate Section.

Randy was raised in Richmond, Virginia and continues to reside there with his wife, Chris.  They have three children, Lissa, Karen and Christopher, ranging in ages from 25 to 21.  Randy has served on the Boards of numerous civic and community organizations, including Big Brothers & Big Sisters, the YMCA, the Henrico Business Council and the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond.

Randy received a Bachelor of Science degree, with Honors, from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Virginia School of Law, where he was inducted into The Order of the Coif.

Randy is a member of the Rotary Club of Innsbrook (Richmond), Virginia and has 100% perfect attendance since joining that Club in 1990.  He served as Club President during the 1995 – 1996 Rotary Year, and for that Rotary year the club received numerous District and Rotary International awards, including the District 7600 award for Best Club. At the District level, Randy has served as Assistant Governor, District Trainer and District Annual Giving Chair for The Rotary Foundation. He served as District Governor of District 7600 during the Rotary Year 2001 - 2002. He will represent his District at the Council on Legislation in 2007.

Randy has also served Rotary at the Zone level, including as Chair of the District Governor Nominee Training Seminar (2003) and as Zone liaison to the District Trainers of the 27 Rotary Districts which comprise Zones 33 and 34.

Randy is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, a Benefactor and Bequest Society Member, and a Major Donor of The Rotary Foundation and is a member of the District 7600 Paul Harris Society.
