Wm. Nelson “Bill” Horton is with Sunbelt Business Brokers in Morehead City, NC as a business broker after a career in banking and financial services in Philadelphia and New York City. He attended the College of William & Mary and graduated from Temple University and the Wharton Graduate Management Program of the University of Pennsylvania.

He is currently Chairman of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the County Transportation Committee, and of the Coastal Carolina Chapter of SCORE.

Bill is currently Vice President of the Beaufort Ole Towne Rotary, and is District 7730 Rotary Foundation Subcommittee Chair – Alumni for 2005-2006. Bill is on the RLI faculty for Zone 33 and is Facilities Coordinator the District 7730 workshop.   He was club president 2003-2004 and GSE team leader to Bangladesh in 2003.  He is a Paul Harris Fellow.

Bill is married to Pamela Baile and has a son and daughter and two grandchildren.
