Carol A. Foley has been a
Consultant (specializing in small companies) for 10 years
providing marketing, accounting and bookkeeping services.
Carol was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up on Long
Island. She attended Suffolk Community College. Carol
spent her last years in New York working on demographic
information for political campaigns.
Carol and her husband Jack moved to
Fredericksburg, Virginia in 1991. Since that time she has
been involved with the Fredericksburg Community
in many and varied programs. Carol has been a
volunteer for the Regional Chamber of Commerce where she
organized and facilitated many programs in the area
including Shrimpfest, Golf Tournaments, and the Annual
Meeting and Dinner. She was involved in starting First
Friday and Lunch in the Park as well as organizing First
Night for the City of Fredericksburg. Carol is a graduate
of the FBI Citizens Academy and is currently serving as
Vice-President of the Alumni Association.
Carol joined Stafford Rotary Club
in March of 1997 serving as President 2001 –2002.
She has been active in most club activities and has
chaired numerous events within the Club Committees. Carol
is an
Assistant Governor and District trainer for District 7610
and is active on the District level, co-chairing the
Annual Conference.
Carol and her husband Jack, a retired
Police Officer from Suffolk County, NY, have been married
for 46 years and have been living in Fredericksburg for
the last 16 years. They have 4 children, Christopher,
Brian, Patrick and Kathleen and 6 grandchildren. Jack and
Carol are both Paul Harris Fellows and Carol is a member
of the Paul Harris Society and a Benefactor. |
