Deceased Nov 22, 2008
Jay had just finished his year as Governor in
2006-07 when he was diagnosed with ALS. He led a
Polio NID Team to India and supported RLI during
his year as Governor and on the Faculty.

AG Heidi Johnson (Blanks), Clover SC,
District 7750
Deceased Feb 20, 2009
Heidi had just begun her service with RLI when she
was tragically killed in an auto collision, leaving
behind her husband and two young children. She was
Facilities Chair for the Rock Hill SC RLI in
2008.
