RLI COMES TO CHARLESTON

February 20th, 2016 was a beautiful sunny day in Charleston, South Carolina.  Rotarians from North Carolina and South Carolina attended the Rotary Leadership Institute classes at the old and beautiful historic Citadel campus.  Classes were held in Bond Hall.

Our host hotel was the wonderful Town & Country Inn and Suites on  Savannah Highway.  On Friday night, faculty, District Governor Rod Funderburk and guests enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Trotters Restaurant in the hotel.

On Saturday 37 Rotarians and faculty came together for friendship, fun, education and sharing of ideas in facilitated based classrooms to learn about rotary and ways to enhance their clubs.   Parts 1, 11 and 111 were offered.  Everyone enjoyed a fantastic low country BBQ for lunch.
