February 28, 2009 (South Charleston, WV). John Beckett, District #7550 RLI chair, reports a good turnout for the South Charleston RLI on Saturday, February 28.  Their were 10 Rotarians receiving their graduation certificates and RLI pins.  This is the largest class to receive certificates in an event held in district #7550, southern West Virginia.  

The faculty was represented by two husband and wife teams, Keith and Paula Blankenship from Matewan, West Virginia and Erline and Bill Orndoff from Salem, Virginia.  Also serving as faculty were Mary Dean from Buckhannon, WV and John Beckett from Bluefield, WV.
