RLI
Credited for New Club Success at District 7570 VA
Conference
April 2, 2007 (Hot
Springs VA) District 7570 had 860 registered attendees at
its Conference held for the 52 consecutive year at the
Homestead Resort. The Rotary Leadership Institute was
displayed on a continuous screen showing the materials and
program of RLI. Director Barry Rassin of Zone 33-34,
Director-Elect Paul Netzel from California, and past
Director Ken Morgan, along with Director
Nominee Eric Adamson all viewed the display and heard
comments regarding the effectiveness of the program.
In an event plenary session, Linden VA Club President
Kathy Napier,(pictured below) whose two year-old club won
the District Award for International Service, credited the
Rotary Leadership Institute with much of her club's
success and called it "the best thing to happen to
the new Rotarians in her club".
Advocates like Kathy - at the club service level- are
the biggest reason why The Rotary Leadership Institute
continues to grow and be recognized. What a great way to
SHARE ROTARY!
