Membership in Rotary International is limited to community leaders and leaders in business and professions, so it is no surprise that the topics of leadership, and the opportunities to learn advanced leadership skills are appealing to our Rotary Club Leadership. Completion of the 24-hour-long Rotary Leadership Institute curriculum is a significant milestone for upcoming Rotary Club Leaders, and marks a commitment and passion for service in one's community and world. RLI Graduates are an elite group, less than 1 percent of Rotarians. They are poised to bring stronger leadership, more organized and consistent Rotary programming, and creative and balanced service opportunities to their club. Their clubs are reaping the rewards of this more knowledgeable and committed Rotary Leader!
RLI is a multi-district program organized into regional divisions worldwide. Zone 33 RLI is such a regional division. RLI Leadership is Rotary District based. The Rotary International Board of Directors and the 2004 Council on Legislation have made RLI a recommended unofficial affiliate of Rotary International, but not an official program of Rotary International or under its control. For information about RLI worldwide see the RLI Home Division web page.
